Project Management Professional
  The Program
This course will cover each of the nine knowledge areas, plus the Professional Responsibility process area and the five-process groups covered in Project Management Institute's PMBOK® Guide, 3rd Edition. Through lectures, practice exams, and practical exercises, participants will focus on key concepts, terms, and principles necessary for successfully passing the PMP exam. In addition, participants will become familiar with the format of the exam.
